It was used only 11 times to find the machine stop working, simply the switch is on with out any reaction.
Avoid buy cheaper k series

Bought this last year to replace a very old k2 which had seen better days. Worked wonderfully the first time then had constant issues. Have had to replace the whole machine 2 times now thankfully straight forward due to the excellent customer service of B&Q as first one was leaking internally when using the shampoo mixer then the smart Lance every time you use it gets stuck on mix mode making this power washer nothing more than a very expensive mains hose. The only way to make it useful was using an old style Karcher lance to get the washer to work at maximum pressure. If you want a good powerwasher I can only recommend a different brand or any cheaper K series without the useless smart Lance.

i got the washer in january in gillingham kent so much better then old one really powerful best one yet wouldn't go use anything else
