• B&Q do not tile onto existing tiles
• Fixing tiles to wall or floor, level and square, includes all consumables i.e. adhesive, white grouting for walls, grey grout for floor, spacers, white tile trim and silicone seal to worktop, bath level where applicable.
• Specialist wall or floor tiles have a dimension of less than 100mm or over 450mm in size
• N.B. Additional charges will be made if an area requires repairs with plasterboard or if concrete floor requires levelling/skimming subject to survey. Customer to provide coloured/metallic tile trim and coloured grout if required. Natural stone, porcelain, mosaic (including glass mosaic) or limestone are classed as specialist tiling. Three different colours or more laid in brick formation is classed as specialist tiling. Diamond tile layout is classed as specialist tiling. Mosaic tiling in a tillable shower tray is classed as specialist tiling. B&Q do not install granite, slate, quartz, marble, glass, metal, reactive, liquid filled or unusual shape tiles
