Based opposite Faraday Retail Park, B&Q Coatbridge has served domestic and trade clients across the Central Lowlands for 20 years. Complete with a TradePoint counter and garden centre, the store offers a wide range of products and services. This includes pots and plants, fencing, power tools, plumbing essentials, fitted furniture and more. The in-store team also offers custom-colour paint mixing, gas bottle refills and no-obligation bathroom and kitchen design appointments. Need to hire a van or carpet cleaner? Daily rentals are available too.

Known locally as the Iron Burgh due to is rich industrial heritage, Coatbridge is situated in North Lanarkshire, Scotland. The town has the busiest rail container facility in the country, with regular freight exports of whisky, seafood and baked goods passing through regularly. Coatbridge is also home to the Summerlee Museum of Industry, two swimming pools and a cinema and bowling complex. Drumpellier Park also offers walks around Lochend Loch. 

How do you find the store?

By car

Situated 8 miles east of Glasgow, Coatbridge has good links to both the M8 and M74. To access B&Q from the M8, take Junction 7 or 8 and join the Glasgow and Edinburgh Rd/ A8. When you reach the A725, take this road north towards Whifflet for around 1 mile. At the Faraday Retail Park roundabout, turn right onto Caldeen Road and B&Q will be on the right.

By bus

From Coatbridge bus station on the South Circular Road, take bus no. 2, 16 or 106 to Caldeen Road bus stop. Located just off the Faraday Retail Park roundabout, this stop is less than a 5 minute walk from B&Q Coatbridge.

By train

The nearest train station is Whifflet, with connections to Glasgow, Motherwell, Dalmuir and more. From there, follow the A725 north towards the retail park for half a mile, then turn right.
