With a highly aesthetic and discrete appearance, Alusthetic’s brand new, triple-sealed and locking manhole covers also have strong reinforcement mesh that maintains the rigidity of each item. They’re designed to handle the toughest conditions. Each of the covers has lifting keys designed to slot into all four lifting points to make for the easiest application and removal possible. Each of the 4 lifting points also has a bolt which locks the tray to the frame making a tight seal. They are compatible with most floor finishes.

• Our Alusthetic TSL-Pro-Line range are triple sealed, featuring a highly aesthetic extruded aluminium construction manufactured to BS:EN124 standard. Recommended for both interior and exterior applications.
• Odour & Waterproof: The Aluminium cover is screwed on to the outer frame and features three seals, two at the base and a 'T-rubber' seal built-in to the side of the outer frame.
• Unique 'T' Seal: Provides an additional odour barrier and elasticity to avoid tension between the cover and frame. It also prevents dirt building up between the cover and frame.
• Clear Opening: 450mm x 450mm x 21mm. External Dimensions: 540mm x 540mm x 40mm. Overall depth 40mm. In-tray depth: 21mm. Please refer to images for clear opening size guide.
• All of our Triple seal manhole cover line include two lifting keys and reinforcement mesh. All lifting holes are covered with plastic inserts to prevent any dirt or build up over time.
