Rated 5 out of 5 by from Just what I needed Bought this to seal behind a sink as the work top had been damaged with water. Perfect to tidy a rented house and did exactly what I wanted reseal the area and make good the look.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from its all in the preparation I have used this kind of tape on my bath in the past 11 years lasts about 3 to 4 years. The reason people have problems is in the preparation, bath and tiles must be completely dry and free from any silicone. Next use thinners to remove all signs of any soap, silicone and any other dirt. (use thinners at your own risk). Now you need to let the bath and tiles to completely dry, this may be hard if you only have one bath, leave for at least two days. Its now time to fit sealing strip first fill bath full of water not letting tiles or top part of your bath get wet you will now find it sticks first time, fill gaps at tiles joins to stop water dripping down then if possible leave over night and in the morning your sealant will be stuck and should last a few years it will split at the join before it comes unstuck.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Challenging but does work - eventually First strip did not work well at all. Stuck but within 24 hours had popped off. Then it dawned on me the adhesive seemed pretty firm and only sticking in certain places so, and the H&S people will kill me for saying this, I found that after cleaning the area and following instructions a quick run over with the hairdryer helped to make the strip more malleable and sticky! This helped push the corners more firmly into place and now it works.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Only works for a few montsh then goes mouldy Really not a great product at all. Cheap fix and if you have spent a lot of money on your bathroom ./ shower avoid this as it doesn't look or work well.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor Bought a month or so back. It starts to come away and wrinkles. I replaced with a more solid trim with no problems.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not worth buying This seal came unstuck in places from around my bath within 2 weeks and so ended up pulling off the entire seal. Very easy to fit but unfortunately even easier to come off

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Bathroom & kitchen sealant I bought several rolls of this product in the hope that it would provide a neat and watertight seal between the bath rim and the tiled wall. I followed the instructions but, no matter how hard I tried, the strip would not stay firmly in place for more than a few minutes. It simply peeled off or fell away. I spent almost £30 on multi-attempts but achieved zero success. If anyone has had any success with this product I will be glad to hear from them! What is the secret? I need to know - i.e. if there is one!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Total waste of money Bought this to seal along side of bath at joint with tiles - during first use of shower it came away in 4 different places - don't waste your money on this !!
