Carrot Early Nantes (Daucus carota): The Early Nantes variety features stunning coloration and flavour, this variety is a very popular. Very good for successional sowing and has a very small core.

As its name suggests this is an early variety producing blunt ended carrots of excellent flavour. Ideal for freezing.Outdoor Planting: Sow seeds thinly 1.5cm deep direct in growing bed in rows 12" (30cm) apart. Keep the soil moist, and be careful not to over-water. When large enough to handle thin to 4" (10cm) apart. Ideal for successional sowing. The carrots will be more tender and tasty if harvested before maturity. Keep well watered in dry conditions.
