    Jamieson Brothers Cauliflower Snowball X Vegetable Seeds (approx. 300 seeds)


    CAULIFLOWER

    Brassica oleracea var. botrytis 'Snowball' is a crisp, tender and compact white head variety growing to 15cm in diameter. Excellent flavour. Good variety for warmer climates. Early maturing


    CHARACTERISTICS:

    Exposure: Full sun

    Harvest: August - October

    Garden uses: Great for beds and borders


    GROWING INSTRUCTIONS:

    Growing Indoors - Early Spring to Early Summer

    Sow seeds 1.5cm deep in trays of moist compost, be careful not to over-water. Store in a glass house. Plant out in desired location when all chance of frost has passed, harden off first.


    Growing Outdoors

    Sow seeds 1.5cm deep in growing bed, keep the soil moist, and be careful not to overwater. When large enough to handle thin to 24” (60cm) apart. Ideal for successional sowing. Plant out in September – October in a cold frame for over wintering.
