• MAKE FRESH HOMEMADE YOGURT AT HOME: It’s easier than you think; all you need is a small pot of fresh yoghurt and some milk. Heat the milk to boiling temperature and then let it cool down. Mix the warm milk with the fresh yoghurt, add any additional ingredients you fancy like fruit or flavourings, and then pour into the YM1 yoghurt pot. Switch on the machine and set the timer to 8 hours; the yogurt will slowly cook in the pot and at the end you will be left with a big pot of yoghurt.
• COMES WITH LARGE 1.5 LITRE POT: Unlike our YM2 model that comes with 8 jars, the YM1 yoghurt maker comes with one large pot instead. This is great for creating one batch of the same flavour yogurt that you can put in the fridge and enjoy over the course of a few days.
• INTERCHANGEABLE POTS: The YM1 is very similar to our YM2 model, and as such all the pots are interchangeable with each other. The small YM2 125ml individual pots are also available to buy separately, and so is the 1.5L ceramic pot so you can buy extras which are always useful to have in the cupboard incase you want to make several batches. The pots are all made of white ceramic and have air-tight lids that are perfect for keeping the yogurt fresh when it is stored in the fridge.
• EASY TO USE AND CLEAN: The YM1 has a user-friendly digital control panel that allows you to easily switch on and program the time you would like the machine to work for. The timer can work from 1-24 hours, depending on how you like the texture of your yoghurt. Mess is kept to a minimum as the only parts of the YM1 that need to be washed and cleaned after every use are the yoghurt pots. The machine can be wiped clean as and when it is needed.
