Everbuild Everflex AC95 is a high-strength, water-based sealant and adhesive that provides both fire and acoustic insulation. It's specifically designed for sealing gaps and bonding plasterboards, as well as other kraft-lined insulation boards, used in fire-rated constructions. When exposed to fire, the AC95 expands to form a char, blocking gaps and preventing the spread of flames, smoke, and hot gases. It also offers excellent soundproofing qualities.
