Rated 5 out of 5 by from Stylish and Elegant Tap We ordered Franke taps because of their reputed quality - fit once, fit well - and I must admit they are very nice. Easy working, and good flowing water. The order process and delivery was faultless - arrived as promised.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Elegant tap Slightly more expensive than some of the other taps on display but worth it. Looks lovely with an easy smooth action.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent tap Looked at lots of taps before deciding on this one. So glad we did. A bit pricier than others but worth every penny! Even the plumber who fitted it commented on the quality.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Decent water pressure at last! It's definitely worth doing some research before buying and fitting a new tap. For years we put up with low hot water pressure in the kitchen because we didn't realise that cheap pull-out taps were not intended for the low pressure (gravity fed) systems that are so common in the UK. The hot water pressure became little more than a trickle when I replaced the old pull-out kitchen tap with a similar new cheap kitchen tap, so some research was urgently required. Franke had the best and most useful web site, with details of the different domestic water systems and how to choose a suitable tap. I Eventually opted for the Franke Eiger, which was very competitively priced at B&Q. Fitting was pretty straight forward, although I had to buy longer flexible hoses to use instead of the copper tubes which came with the tap (I'm not a plumber and had no idea how to connect those tubes to the water pipes). Make sure that the diameter of the flexible hoses is large enough so that water flow is not restricted much. I also removed the non-return valve which restricted the water flow, without any adverse effects. Now we have the sort of hot water pressure you would reasonably expect in a modern house. I can highly recommend Franke taps for their quality and just with I did it sooner.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent tap in all respects Chosen by me, but Installed by our kitchen fitter. A solid and well built tap, with a smooth silk finish. Control is easy with the ergonomically designed handles, nice positive closure. The tap will not cause a splash all over your kitchen even on full flow. Combined with our stainless steel franke sink, it looks fantastic.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from smooth flow We updated our kitchen and new taps were required. This tap is so efficient and doesn't splash up the wall. It gives plenty of space to wash up under a running tao. Thrilled.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Problem free for 7 years It's been a great tap for 7 years in a hard water area. Just started dripping so I thought I'd replace a valve however it's proving impossible to get the old valve out. Decided I might as well buy a new tap now. May well buy the same again as 7 years of heavy use is pretty good.
