Product information
This drain saddle clamp is widely used to Reverse Osmosis (RO) systems to connect the waste water safely and securely directly to the waste water pipe under the sink.
Connections available for both 1/4" and 3/8" tubes, this clamp can be installed onto pipes that are 32 - 40mm.
Before installation, please ensure clamp fits on a straight section of the pipe (do not attempt to install onto a bend).
Features and benefits
- The installation of this part requires a hole to be drilled into the waste pipe. Mark the location of the hole and drill a 6mm (1/4") or 10mm (3/8") hole depending on the size you need.
- Discard the little extra circle from the sealant and attach the square padding with the hole aligning onto the hole in the drain clamp.
- Use a screwdriver or a pencil to align both holes
- Connect the other half of the clamp and connect together using the screws and bolts provided
- Tighten it using a phillips screwdriver (don't over tighten)
- Push the tube all the way in (should go in by approximately 3cm)
