YARDLITE Roof Window Grey / White UPVC Pivot Loft Skylight Unvented + Flashing - C4A - 55cm x 98cm, TFX Tile Flashing

The white PVC is very easy to clean and gives a modern look to the inside of the room, which makes the room look brighter. The white finish will give you even more light into your room, as the white surface will reflect more light than other colours. In addition to which it also allows up to 10% more daylight in than other branded windows. 

The moulded zinc handle allows the window to be locked in three positions. Two for passive ventilation and one to close the window.

The window has a Uw-Value of 1,4 W/m2K (which is better than the Pine and Pine Vented series) and a better degree of water tightness The panes have 24-mm double glazing (argon filled), a low E coating and a toughened outer pane. The toughened outer pane prevents the glass breaking in the event that it is hit by something from outside.

Available flashing:

TFX - Standard Tile Flashing suitable for tiles between16-50mm in profile

LSX - Standard Slate Flashing suitable for slates upto 16mm thick

KFP - Plain Tile Flashing suitable for plain, flat tiles upto 14mm in profile

UFX - Universal Tile Flashing suitable for all tiles from 16-120mm in profile

Roof pitch of 15-90 degrees required except for the KFP Plain Tile flashing which is 25-90 degrees
