Weber Q
Grilling
- Light your barbecue on full and leave it to pre-heat for 5 minutes.
- Place the food on the cooking grate directly above the burners
Roasting
Q™ 100
- Switch on to full and pre-heat for five minutes
- Turn down to low, place your food in the middle of the cooking grate and close the lid
Q200/Q300
- Switch on and pre-heat as above, turn the middle burner off and the other to medium
- Place your food in the middle of the cooking grate and close the lid

Charcoal cooking methods
Grilling
- Open the lid and bowl vents and spread the glowing briquettes evenly across the charcoal grate
- Replace the cooking grate and arrange the food directly above the hot briquettes
Roasting
- Arrange glowing briquettes on each side of the charcoal grate
- Pour a little water into a drip tray and place in the middle
- Replace the cooking grate and put your food directly above the drip tray

Gas cooking methods
Grilling
- Light your barbecue on full and leave it to pre-heat for 5 minutes
- Place the food on the cooking grate directly above the burners
Roasting
- Light your barbecue on full and pre-heat for 5 minutes
- Switch off the middle burner(s) and arrange your food on the cooking grate above the un-lit burners
- Lower the temperature by turning the outside burners to medium and close the lid
