How much will delivery cost me?
There is only
one delivery charge per order. This charge is automatically calculated
according to the total price of the products you have selected to buy
(added to your shopping basket); it doesn't matter how many items you
order.

Some items on diy.com are offered with free delivery. Orders containing only items with free delivery will be delivered free of charge. For orders containing items with free delivery as well as items with standard delivery charges, the flat rate of £5 delivery will be added to the order.
When will my order arrive?
The delivery date
will depend on the product's size, weight and value to whether it is
delivered by B&Q or by one of our delivery partners.

delivery date at checkout.
Next Day Delivery Service
B&Q next day is a
next working day delivery service, simply order by 5pm to qualify. *
Next day delivery is available to all UK mainland addresses.**
Next day orders are subject to stock availability and in some rare cases may result in your order being cancelled and your payment refunded.

Bulk Delivery Service
Orders placed before 12pm can be delivered the next working day and orders placed after 12pm will be delivered within 2 working days.* A later scheduled date can be arranged for any order and all delivery dates are subject to stock availability.

*Deliveries are to kerbside only and orders will be cancelled if the delivery vehicle is unable to safely access the delivery location.
Delivery charge:
Free delivery is available on a minimum order value of £250 or more, for any goods included in the Bulk Delivery Service as specified online and in brochure.
A delivery charge of £20 will apply for orders under the value of £250.
Replacement Products:
Should the goods supplied be faulty or damaged, either inform the driver or, if the driver has left the delivery location, call 08450 600 8481 or contact your local store to arrange replacement goods.*
*B&Q will aim to replace faulty goods within 2 working days of you notifying us.
Cancellation:
Consumers may return orders within 30 (thirty) days from the date the order was placed provided the goods are unused and in original packaging.*

Delivery Partners
Any product not flagged as
"delivery booking service", "next day", "from next day" will be
delivered by the vendor. You will be contacted within 3 working days
to confirm order received and be advised of the delivery week. The
delivery partner will call you again 3 days before the delivery will
take place.
In-Store
Available in-store only.
Product
is only available from your local B&Q store. Ranges may vary so
please check before travelling.

Can I book a delivery date online?
Yes. Our
Delivery Day Booking Service is offered on all items marked "Delivery
booking service available". When you have added the item to your
shopping basket, gone to checkout and entered your delivery details,
we will automatically offer you the earliest available delivery dates
for your order. However if the dates we offer are not convenient you
can suggest an alternative date for delivery.
We will group the items which are to be delivered together in the same delivery and give you the ability to choose to have deliveries on the same day.
In some cases, we may not be able to process your delivery date online and will contact you within 24 hours to confirm a date over the phone. Contact our Call Centre on 0870 0101 006 if you have any concerns about your delivery date. Please note that we currently do not offer a delivery booking service with any of our delivery partners. In this case our delivery partner will contact you directly to arrange your delivery.
How do I book a delivery date?

delivery date online for all items marked, 'Delivery service
available' is easy. When you have added the item to your shopping
basket and entered your delivery details we will automatically offer
you the earliest available delivery dates for your order. However if
the dates we offer are not convenient you can suggest an alternative
date for delivery.
Can I change my delivery date?
If your item is
being delivered by us or any of our delivery partners, with the
exception of Next Day and 3 day delivery, you can change your delivery
day up to 72 hours prior to delivery.
Do you deliver to my address?
Delivery is
available to all UK mainland addresses. Customers living in some
remote rural areas should note some delivery services are either
extended by 2 working days, or in some instances not available at all.

All home delivered sheds* with the exception of products which include assembly** are delivered to kerbside, outside of the delivery address property. Customers are advised to make their own arrangements to locate and install delivered items.

Can all my items arrive at the same time?
You
can arrange for several products to be delivered on the same day. But
items distributed though different delivery partners may arrive
separately and at different times. See When

What if I'm out when you try to deliver?
If
your item is being delivered on the Next Day or 3 day delivery service
the delivery company will leave a card to let you know they have tried
to deliver the item to you. They will redeliver the item to you within
7 days of the original delivery date. If your item is being delivered
on any other service you will be contacted to arrange a new delivery
date.
Can I call you on the morning of delivery to confirm
the delivery time?
No, unfortunately you can't contact us on
the morning of delivery to confirm the delivery time. However if
B&Q are delivering the item we will have already contacted you to
confirm whether the item will be delivered during the morning or
afternoon.
