Changes to our collection service.

We have now switched off our Reserve & Collect service on DIY.com and will be replacing it with a brand new Click & Collect service.

Every Reserve & Collect order placed up to and including Sunday 24th August will be processed as usual and ready to collect for up to seven days from the time you ordered it.

You are still be able to check stock in your local store on DIY.com, before popping in to pick up what you need.

In September, with our new Click & Collect service, you can look forward to choosing from thousands of products, pay online and pick up from your local store the next day.

Are customers still be able to order online?
Our home delivery service remains unchanged and available for all customers. A new Click & Collect service will launch in September and will enable customers to choose from thousands of products, pay online and pick up from store the next day.

Why are you changing your service?
We know our customers like to shop in a variety of different ways and our new Click & Collect service means customers will for the first time be able to easily pay for products online for quick pick up in store the next day. We wanted to offer a better service in line with customer requirements and believe that Click & Collect will answer this need.

How do customers reserve an item in store for collection once Reserve & Collect is switched off?
From 25th August customers will no longer be able to reserve items in store for collection, but you can still order online and use our home delivery service, check stock in a local store on DIY.com and visit store to find the products.
In September our new Click & Collect service will enable customers to choose from thousands of products, pay online and pick up from a local store the next day.

What happens if customers place an order on the 24th August, the last day of the Reserve & Collect service?
Any orders placed before and on this date will be processed as usual and available to collect in store for up to seven days from the date of order.
