Features and benefits

• Lay damp proof membrane to all rooms as per manufacturers instructions and room conditions. Acclimatise all engineered and solid wood flooring as per the minimum manufacturer’s instructions
• Lay all flooring as per manufacturers instructions taking into account the under base conditions ensuring the appropriate expansion gap and install edging. Cut around door architrave and lay under frames around doors and fit door treads
• N.B. Manufacturers instructions to be adhered to when laying across 2 rooms as per the threshold allowed. Only to be laid in recommended areas as per manufacturers instructions. If flooring is to be laid under skirting or new skirting is required this is an additional charge and must be priced separately. Moisture check of the flooring and room conditions must be less than 11%. Level check on the sub floor required to ensure installation warranty is adhered to, if laying directly onto pine floorboards a sub floor is required to prevent expansion and additional costs will be made subject to survey. Concrete, ash felt or flooring with high moisture content will require a resin membrane and additional costs will be made subject to survey. Replacing damaged timber sub frame may be required and will incur additional costs subject to survey. Customer to supply damp proof membrane, appropriate flooring, architrave and edging where required
