• Cut back pipe work to point of entry to room, supply and fit waste, re-pipe basin water supply upto 1 metre
• Securing/fixing of basin and pedestal to wall and floor
• Connection to taps (thermostatic valve to be used where necessary), fit isolation valves and/or non-return valves (where required).Fit waste, connect soil pipe, re-affix bonding (where required)
• Electrical Certificate required for testing bonding
• N.B. If no bonding present or additional bonding required, extra cost applicable subject to survey.
