'Cross over' cables are usually used for connectinig 2 computers together without there being a Hub/Router in between. Used For - Perfect for connecting a PC/games console to a Hub/Router or commonly with AV extender devices for audio and video distribution throughout a home or commercial project. Moulded RJ45 connectors with strain relief – Enables the cable to be bent in a multitude of directions without breaking.Durable PVC jacket – The thick jacket helps to protect the cable against wear and tear. Wiring - The cable is wired 'straight through' under the TIA/EIA-568-B standard. This is exactly the same as TIA/EIA-568-A except the wiring scheme has the colours laid out in a different order.
