Overview: This smooth-fit external bend adapter fits our 16mm x 8mm trunking. This 90-degree external bend allows trunking to change direction when you need to run over a wall or over the top of a shelf / unit whilst maintaining a sleek look, ensuring cable is always tidy and out of sight. The adapter is designed for indoor use with an easy installation process. This sized trunking adapter is perfect for speaker cable, great for on stages for gigs, schools and/or pubs/restaurants. The external bend adapter can be painted to match any décor. It simply slots into the trunking and is held in place when the trunking is snap sealed. The smooth fit allows a sleek look providing a clean finish to the job. How to install a smooth fit adapter? Place the trunking onto the wall where it is required, cutting to the appropriate length with a hack saw or a D-shaped trunking cutting tool. Then simply slide the adapter into the trunking to join the two pieces together. Once the trunking adapter is installed you can now run the cable through, allowing the change of direction required.
