Hugely Disappointed
I bought these worktops about 6 weeks ago now and had them professionally fitted. My joiner at the time said he noticed a kind of over spray on the surface of the laminate, and after taking an off cut into my local B and Q, I was told by the kitchen department it was completely normal and not to worry about it. Not all the worktop had it so I thought nothing of it, until now! The little lumps have disappeared, after wiping the surfaces down in cleaning, leaving unprotected worktop and a white speckled effect! Took the photos back into store and was told that nothing could be done, I should have inspected them on delivery. Slightly upset by the lack of empathy! I am very disappointed in the build quality and customer service. I have attached some photos to show how bad the laminate is. Remember these are only 6 weeks old, they are meant to have a 1 year guarantee.
