The construction of this door is engineered with a unique configuration of timber that is laminated and glued together in different directions. Lipping is then fixed to the edges and a veneer is then applied to the surface.

Great quality product
X2 knotty doors. Not sure why these have doubled in price suddenly. Still great quality and I have painted them white. The paint has gone onto them beautifully.

Natural knot patterns are fabulous
I wanted plain timber doors to match others in the house & selected the Fortia 6 Panel Unglazed Victorian Internal Knotty Pine as they were the most similar. The doors are well made & the natural knot patterns are fabulous. I've coated with clear satin finish varnish & the effect is first class.

Door was warped when hung and hard to rectify lot of messing about.

Door warped, price refunded
The door was purchased to replace one which was warped. The new door was equally warped, as were the other 6 the store had in stock. I'd paid someone to collect and fit it. The store had no means to collect the faulty product, so it was scrapped. The cost of the door and the cost of removing and refitting it was refunded.

Very poor doors
We nt to B&Q Leeds to pick up some doors yesterday and have to say the quality is worse than poor, out of the 7 doors in stock all were warped and I only managed to get 2 that were maybe usable the other 5 were appalling, when laid on the floor they were almost like a seesaw. The 2 I took were very poor, lots of filler and one is quite badly warped as well. When I asked staff if they would get anymore in stock the answer was no as there are still 5 in stock - even though they are not saleable. All in all a very poor show from B&Q.
