I really don't like heights but this is a fantastically sturdy ladder. really stable and secure, pretty light weight given its sturdy construction and I'm really delighted with the purchase. would highly recommend

Its a Ladder!

Does what it says on the tin. Well made, strong. One section removable to use independently. Just a point to note; as a self supporting ladder, it needs to be at maximum height to reach any point vertically above the supporting sides foot. For most applications a regular 3 section and an additional stand off would be more versatile, so you really need to the self supporting and step ladder features (and level ground!) to gain the benefits it offers.

Safe and sound

Bought to replace a 2-section ladder. I needed extra height but above all I didn't feel safe at height on the 2-section. This new one has a very solid feel, and going up high didn't give me any qualms. Finish is first class and there is much attention to detail. For example, there is a lock on the 2-section part which prevents the 2nd ladder accidentally unhinging itself. The whole thing is wider too. Rather heavy but even so it's as light as it can be. Length is exactly the same as a normal one when stored away.

I'm sure the ladders will be very useful and feel very strong and sturdy. Bit annoyed about the fact that I traveled all the way from Sheffield to Sutton only to get them back and find there was a dent in the top ladder. This was covered by the packaging and I didn't see it. I can live with that I think and will undoubtedly get the use from them that I will need for the rest of my time in venturing so high.
