Useful combination
Quite a useful ladder, especially for decorating on stairs. Rather expensive plus not easy to fit platform on your own. On arrival the packaging was ripped and some bolts were missing. I went to my local B&Q at Devizes, who were no help at all other than saying to send it back. Bought some bolts from another store in the end.

It does what it says on the tin. Good buy.
I bought this to do my daughter's hall stairs and landing. It helped me reach all of those tricky areas. It is lightweight and easy to assemble in all configurations. My only comment relates to use with the platform on the stairs where I found I was always working with the platform at an angle due to tread spacing Vs rung spacing. That said it was manageable.

This ladder works very well for all your decorating needs. I even use the steps for cleaning my windows.

Easy to use
Used the platform on the stairs. Used it as step ladder. Used it as a normal ladder. All 3 uses are great!

Annoying
We bought this ladder online. On taking it out of its packaging, one of the plastic ends was broken and there were no instructions. The ladder was so complicated that two grown men couldn't even work out how to open it, so we have returned it as faulty. Shame as it would have been really useful with the platform.

Disappointed.
Fitting of stabiliser bar left for customer to do. Mine came with wrong sized bolts, far to big. Had to go to local B&Q store with bar to get replacements and even now only two fit. Poorly/cheaply made and poorly put together package.

5 Way platform
This product is well constructed and easily stored when not in use, and ideal for small decorating projects around the house which would normally involve the use of a ladder and scaffold board. I would thoroughly recommend this product to anybody who has a difficult stairwell or any other high wall to paint.

Missing parts which mean ladder unusable
Nice looking ladder, good price, and would be perfect if it weren't for the missing bits which are used to make it steady. The bolts supplied to attach the stabiliser feet were too big to fit through the holes and the majority of the components for stabilising the platform when in use were missing. As a result, unable to use it either as a ladder or platform in current state! Not a happy customer.

Good Value
Bought for use particularly as a platform. It has proved very stable and with a height of 1.2m it has been very convenient. Took about 20-30 minutes to assemble platform fittings initially but the instructions were detailed.
