Excellent and realistic
Took a while to confirm that flue is included in box... Blackburn customer services said it was not.. HO customer services confirmed it was... and it most definitely is. The flame and log effect really does look real.. and the oak shelf is sturdy and deep real wood... The heat it gives out it great too bit noisy but its only to be expected of a fan heater... We had home delivery and service was excellent too.

Lovely Fireplace
Lovely warm cosy easy to install fireplace and finishes off our living room perfectly. Looks really nice as a feature. The only negative which is why it is not a 5* is that the flute tube as displayed on the picture leading from the fire to the mantle piece is not included but it does not state this on the description or the packaging. Slightly false advertising.
