This fire looks very nice
I bought this fire suite when I moved into my new flat in February but now I want to put just the fire glow on there is a repeated clicking noise as the fire glows & I don't know how to open the bottom part to see what is causing it and my visitors all remark on the noise, I don't need the heat as I have central heating but it would be nice to see the fire glow but can't put up with the repeated clicking
