Old Ochre is the faded darkened cream Chalk Paint™ colour seen on old French painted furniture, woodwork and door exteriors. Apply Dark Chalk Paint™ Wax to make the colour more intense and evocative of Paris, or keep it clean as a neutral foil to other colours.

• Surface Preparation - No need for sanding or priming. Chalk Paint can be applied directly to almost any surface. In some rare instances, on untreated pine and some aged furniture, a yellow or pink stain may come through. Don’t worry, just apply clear shellac to the stain and repaint. Chalk Paint needs sealing with Annie Sloan wax or lacquer.
• Instructions for Storage - Always store in a cool and dry place. For best results use within the year of purchase. Once opened keep container tightly sealed.
