They are not black, picture and name are misleadin
This item is extremely misleading. It says "black chrome effect" and the first picture looks like the item is black. However, they are not black, they are silver chrome as you can see from the subsequent images. Why on earth would they call it black when they are not black, and why would they show a misleading first image as black? It is beyond my comprehension. Just call it for what they are, i.e. silver chrome, and stop wasting everybody's time collecting wrong item and having to queue up for refunds.

Box was taped up and had some knocks
The box looks used and and is taped sealed with brown tape. The bo the item inside is in a see through bag inside. Don't know if this is return item? I don't know, but surely all items sent should be in immaculate condition to the customer. The hassle in returning the package is time consuming for me as I don't have the time or patience. I will ring BandQ in the next few days to understand why such an item is posted in this condition.

Not great
The silver casing on the lights does not fit on with the bulb in place. You have to put on the casing and try and push the bulb into position which is impossible. Can take my lights back because they have already been wired up

Good value light
Had to replace the light fitting in the bedroom & this is ideal. Good quality & value, easy to fit.
