Poor design
Looks nice, that's it. The hose doesn't actually fit into the rail. Not usable.

Rubbish!
Shower head doesn't fit holder, holder doesn't tighten enough and so slips down the pole. Absolute waste of money , do not waste your money!!

Poor rail design
Wall brackets only have one screw hole in each so very little stability. Bracket tends to pivot making rail loose. Other makes have 3 screw holes and recommend at least 2 used on each bracket for a firm fixing. Hose and showerhead seems OK. Will buy decent rail elsewhere rather than waste any more time on something so flimsy. Shouldn't be sold.

You Get What You Pay For.
Apart from the height adjustment slider rail, all components are made of plastic; - hence you get what you should expect from the comparatively low cost. Easy enough to install, (only 2 screw holes required). I look forward to discovering whether it'll put up with the demands placed on it over a period of time.

Load rubbish
It says the product fits all systems but it was about 1 inch shorter than our old one so it was no good ,it is cheap and nasty
