Broken item and refused return:
They sent me a broken toilet pan and refused to collect this item. B&Q themselves asked to them to collect the item and the seller ignored them. The seller also takes days to respond when they do.

Disappointed.
Really disappointed with how this turned out; the soft close seat fittings didn't fit into the holes that were specifically drilled for it so the seat would pop loose every time you closed or opened the lid, the flush handle is super loose and wobbly, and the actual toilet itself is weirdly small? The design is nice, and when I contacted the seller they sent a replacement straight away, but thats really it for positives. We decided to spend more money for peace of mind instead of risking it buying secondhand on facebook marketplace, and now we feel totally stupid that the risk was actually spending way more money than we should have buying from a corporate chain that clearly doesn't quality test their products.

Product was a good design.
I bought this toilet as a standby measure,due to having to attach a macerator to an existing toilet.( I didnt know if the macerator would fit the existing toilet but plumber told me it would eventually). Therefore i no longer required the toilet i bought from you and returned it.
