Cheap and nasty
Bought two of these. One was for a new fridge connection and turned a 20 minute job into an 80 minute marathon. Fitted the first socket and no power to the fridge! I changed this socket for the other new one and again no power. Checked fuses and wall socket , all good. It transpired that the first sockets pin receptors were too wide and did not make contact properly with the plug. The second socket was exactly the same . Only discovered the problem when again removing the fridge plug and it momentarily bust into life. The socket pin receptors needed to be bent closed a little for a tighter fit on both sockets. These were very expensive at and apart from this issue the plastic is probably the worst quality I have come accross . Absolute rubbish. Will be replacing these as soon as possible.

Poor quality
I've wired up many a plug over the years and believe me when i say I know what I'm doing, but this is the worst I've ever experienced. When the wires are connected to the terminals, it's very difficult to get the case to close properly. I eventually gave up and threw it in the bin!

As expected, and as someone else commented - this more Hard Plastic rather than Rubber
