Poor quality
Bought 2 of these today and very poor quality, won’t buy them again. Screws don’t sit flat and plate was not square

Very poor quality
Joiner who fitted these for me told me that they wouldn't last long - he was right, failed after 8 weeks.

Poor quality
I bought 2 of these, poor quality and one has collapsed as I tried to get the new shaft to fit through it. Don't bother buying these I expect to have to replace the other one very shortly

For square holes only?
I bought this product today. Side by side it looked identical to the one we’re replacing. It doesn’t fit though. Looking at one end There’s a slight difference in shape, as if one’s made for round holes and the new one for square holes!
