The Barbary & Oak 24cm blue round casserole dish is made from heat retaining cast iron which is robust and durable and built to last. The heat-retaining cast iron helps to keep the contents warmer for longer with help of the domed lid to retain the moisture and flavour when cooking. The enamel interior prevents food from sticking and burning on the base and helps when hand washing the casserole dish for easy cleaning. Can also be used under the grill or in the oven up to temperatures 260°C. The lid of the casserole dish features a bronze colour knob with the Barbary & Oak tree logo on the top. The 24cm blue casserole dish has a 4 litre capacity. Dimensions: 11.5cm (H) x 24cm (W) x 30.5cm - including handles.
