terrible customer service
We purchased this very expensive fridge freezer and are very happy with the look and functions it provides. However a little over a month of having it it developed a fault. The freezer stopped freezing. All of our frozen food defrosted. The engineer came out. Confirmed the fault and then rebook ed to come again and fix the fault. The machine needs to be off for 24hrs before he can fix it. Not only do we have no fridge or freezer until it's fixed but Beko will not compensate us for the nearly £80 worth of food we have to throw away with 3 young children I'm not risking giving them partially defrosted food. IT'S IN THE WARRANTY. THEY DON'T COVER FOR FOOD LOSSES. don't buy BEKO..

I paid 14/09. and delivered in Nov. The compressor loud.The upper doors not in level.

Brilliant fridge
The best thing about this is that there is no divide in the fridge, so the shelf goes right across and gives you extra room for storeage. The freezers are quite small but hold quite a lot. It is good that you can turn one of the freezers into a fridge if you want to.
