This rug is just lovely
I purchased this rug and it’s absolutely lovely it looks amazing and I got 20% off on the bank holiday weekend really pleased .

Stunning but it moults
We loved this rug! It a very thick and I loved it at 1st...sadly after 2 - 3 weeks it started Moulting...never stopped! After 4 months it was patchy and still Moulting...I was forever hoovering and sweeping them up. We contacted B&Q and had a full refund. I hope they can fix the issue as I'd 100% purchase it again if it didn't shed so much!

Great rug if you love cleaning
This rug looks beautiful and it is so soft and luxurious but it sheds...and sheds...and sheds. I am constantly sweeping, hoovering or sitting on the floor picking up all of the threads. They stick to everything and end up all over the house. It’s such a shame as the rug looks amazing in our living room, but it’s going to have to be replaced unfortunately.

Poor Product
I brought this product off B and Q on the 14th march 2020, but sadly the rug hair kept coming out everyday and over a month later still coming out with over 70 hair coming off a day, I have contacted B and Q for a replacement or refund.

Shreds Everywhere
I brought this rug about a year ago and it was my biggest mistake like the others have said if you live hoovering then it’s for you... it’s a nightmare regardless of how many times I clean it it keeps shredding everywhere and on everything it’s actually all around the house i am so fed up that it’s new home is the garage ;(

Poor quality
I bought this product just before Christmas and when I first put it down it looked beautiful it was thick and stunning to look at but then the problem started! It sheds worse than my cat The shiny thread is all over my house and I’m hoovering up to 10 times a day! NIGHTMARE DONT BUY i no longer have the receipt so can’t return and I’m lumbered with it

Messy rug
The rug looks gorgeous in our new home...But my word it leaves such a mess! Have to hoover the house 3/4 times a day because of how much it shreds. sadly having to purchase a new rug :( Hoovered a hour before this picture.

If you love hoovering then buy this rug!
At first I fell in love with this rug. It looked lovely and feels amazingly soft on feet, but as the weeks have gone on I want to throw it out the window!! Every day my home is covered in fibers from this rug!

Still Gorgeous After One Year!!
Bought this exactly this time last year. Absolutely stunning rug and fantastic value for the price [paid £70 for the size I wanted]. The density is very thick and you really have to press hard and wriggle to get your fingers to the base/surface. One year on it looks just as good as when it was new. Would definitely recommend and I'm crossing my fingers for them to do it in grey, charcoal or silver. Well worth it!
