Poor product, don’t waste your money.
After what seems like an eternity trying to make it connect all it says on my phone is “no internet connection” and to make matters worse the company website doesn’t work so there’s no support, it’s now just an expensive plug socket, not happy!

WiFi Does not work
I bought this for the purpose of using WiFi for external laundry room appliances and for outdoor lighting . The WiFi does not work. The instructions fo not work and the app for company does not work with this socket. I paid to get this fitted as well. Vexed

Doesn’t work or find internet connection
I bought this recently to add Wi-Fi to my garden via an outdoor socket. Though my phone sees the Wi-Fi socket connection it comes up with no internet connection. Should have just bought an outdoor non Wi-Fi socket. Waste of money.
