easy peasy
I put 4 sea bass in this basket. fish don't stick to the metal and cook well. easy to flip

practical
I bought this a month ago, I found it reliable and practical. easy to load, carry and flop over the charcoal, easy to clean. Quite strong.

MUST HAVE FOR BAR-B-Q LOVERS
This was a god send .... i wished id found out about these baskets before... make turning over foods so easy and cooks a whole batch of chops,wings etc... all at the same time whilst making rotation so simple.. absolutley love it will never do a barbeque again without it. The only reason i gave it four stars instead of 5 was as i felt it would of been better if it wasnt as flexible , as when making meat patties/burgers i would of prefereed if it compressed them more, but thats just personal preference i guess.
