Super quality
Bought this gate about 6 weeks ago and I couldn't be happier with it .

Badly Designed
I shopped around for a metal garden gate to meet my measurements and found the Bloom Swirl was competitively priced and met my size requirement. This was my first garden gate purchased from B&Q. The item arrived but came with no basic black and white instructions to install the gate or the latch (aesthetically ugly latch and not a standard one so difficult to replace) The hole is drilled at the bottom and not at the top of the gate so you cant even replace with alternative latch !! Just to add further time, it does not come with the necessary screws or indeed the correct bolts. ( a multitude of bolts arrived but not the correct one) So overall poorly packed, no instructions, incorrect bolts and poorly designed and not an exactly nice on the eye latch design. The gate itself however is nicely designed and could be heavier in weight but otherwise satisfactory. The supplier/manufacturer however has paid scant regard for the consumer who is lumbered with putting the poorly designed gate on ! no excuse ! Consumers and B&Q goods buyers take note. I have added a picture of the offending article ie latch.

Do not buy this product
This product is remarkably poor quality. Having purchased this gate, I got home to find that it had been manufactured wrong. The holes for the hinge bolts had been drilled on the bottom side of the gate. Add to this the fact that the gate feels particularly lightweight. And to top it off, the finish was particularly poor and damaged in many places. Given that a well known competitor offers a gate that is more than £20 cheaper than this, which is more robust and has a better finish, I definitely would not recommend this product to anyone!!
