I've used this product on a number of occasions at different times of the year to erect fence posts on my allotment. It has always set quickly and the posts have not shifted.

Bought 2 bags in 1 order, previously purchased also. I have yet to get a single bag that sets up solid, no matter what temperature outside, just continues to absorb moisture. The sand/cement mixture ratio is no where near correct. Buying a product what's labeled as "ready to use" that needs additional cement is pathetic. I'd get a refund if it were possible.
