Not warm
In property when we moved in.never felt warm compared with daughters fire. Lasted 4 hrs now no heat so replacing it.

Not good
I bought this fire and,as usual,only saw the fire in a picture on the box. Good price, but when I got it home, very poor quality, hence the price, broken coals unit and so noisy when on,could not hold a conversation within earshot. Suppose you get what you pay for. Bought a Focalpoint Elegance, more expensive, and it shows

Great value for money
Bought this about a month ago it looks lovely works well and heats the room fairly quick and is overall very good for the price.

It's ok for the price
I bought this but too it back and got a more expensive one. It's not bad for the price but the fret at the fret is plastuc and a very very bright silver. There is quite a gap between the fret and the coals and the coals and the light. Over all it was ok for the price but not for me. I went for the focal point elegance which is more expensive but looks it. Hope that helps

On offer bargain.
I saw it, thought about it and walked off. More cold nights in the lounge of a new house and I'm back in B&Q a few days later and it's on offer so bought it. Very impressed, looks nice but most of all does a very good job of heating the room and even though I got it on offer would definitely buy another at full price.

Always check befor you install
I bought this a month ago and had my electrician wire it through a wall. unfortunately I didn't check to see if it worked correctly as I assumed it just would. when installed I switched it on and heat was coming out of it however the lights did not come on. Very irritating.

Happy with it
I brought this fire and I'm extremly happy with it. It gets very warm there's 2 heat settings. Looks very nice good value for the money
