Looked good for a very short time
I Bought this on a Thursday, mounted it onto my lounge wall on Friday. Saturday evening I put the fire display on. That lasted for about 35 minutes and the fire display went off. I attempted to turn the display back on using the remote. This resulted in a flash and bang from the lower right hand corner of the fire. I returned it on Sunday morning and received a refund.

Beautiful fire
Redecorated my front room but needed a fire, bought this more for a feature rather than heat, it is stunning in situ photos showing when it's off and on

Looks really stylish for the price
We bought this last Saturday only for decorative log burn effect, and it definitely does what we need it to do. In the winter when we have the central heating on, it will give the cozy effect we were looking for. If you actually want the heat side be warned the noise is quite loud of the fan.

Great fire for the price
I brought this fire last week and love it, easy to work and looks great and really warms the room up beautifully, looks really stylish. Highly recommended

Electric wall fire
Looks great but very noise and clunky the lights keep going out when to change the bulbs but to find that thay are a LED strip bar with six LEDs in it I have seen one with four and that's £98 so dread to think how much six is

Ok
Easy to install. It simply hangs from the supplied bracket. Instructions were misleading suggesting the bracket should be 1.20 metres up the wall! That’s nearly the height of the TV. Settled for the lower height of 350cms. Looks great. Not sure I felt it’s warmth though because the vent is at the top so where does the heat go? Yes it is noisy and if like me you hang it on a stud wall, you also get a “drumming” effect. Shame because it’s a nice looking fire

Looks lovely, but noisy
We haven’t even got the heater on, just the flames and it’s making like a chugging/ticking noise. Is this normal?

Service could be better
This looks to be a nice fire, however, it doesn’t seem to have a fan like previous similar items. The quality of English in its multilingual instructions seems to have been translated by a non-native English Speaker The fire was delivered to me without a small component and I have had difficulty contacting someone who can solve this issue. I was told to expect a full replacement. It has been quite a challenge for me ( I am disabled) and my wife ‘(we are both retired) to get this firs. If I have to undo all the work we’ve done, pack the fire up to send it back and repeat all the work we’ve all ready done will be extremely inconvenient.
