Poor quality
First one lasted less then 3 weeks before the bottom bar failed. Got it replaced and now less than 2 weeks later this one has also failed, top bar this time. Back to BnQ we go for the 3rd time!!! Not impressed at all!

good heat
I bought this a while ago .One of the switches is a little tough to get it to stay on and the shut off switch is a good idea but does not go up high enough.The heat out put is very good so will persevere with it

A great little heater
I bought this a month ago and am delighted with my purchase. This little heater takes up very little room but gives out plenty of heat. Use it as background heat in a room 5m x 4m. It also has excellent safety features like automatic cut out if tipped. Would definitely recommend

Waste of money
Pleased with purchase for about a month ideal for small lounge back ground heating, however, first element failed after four weeks and two days later the second. Elements are not replaceable but most frustrating I can't find the receipt. Should have read all the reviews!!!!! Do not buy if you want to stay warm for more than a month

False Economy
The bottom bar burned out after two weeks, the top bar is now fizzing and is not long for this world. At this price it's not worth my time to get a replacement from B&Q and anyway who's to know how long a new one would last. Avoid.

Camping
We bought this little fire to use in our motor home when we went away at the end of September. It was good but we ended up using our fan heater more because it heated the space quicker.

Only lasted a year
Top element has just stopped working 4 days after the guarantee ran out!

B&Q is always out of stock!!
I have had same heater in the past and it is good, it warms a room size 17x14 although one of the bars stopped working after a few months which is disappointing but, it is still good enough to heat the room. Unfortunately B&Q have been advertising this heater at £14 for almost a year however it is never in stock.

light and easy to use
bought recently for use in motorhome, needed to be easily stored and transportable and also economical, this 1kw 2 setting heater fits the bill perfectly giving instant heat when in use and is perfect for our requirements.
