Ok But........
It’s average and does the job but how annoying that there is no battery for the remote. I now have to go back to another shop to get a special battery. For the sake of a few pence this is ridiculous.

need a manual as the product stopped working. only had for 6 weeks

lasted about 6 months before fans topped working
had an electrician install this and now 6 month on the fans has stopped working so its now a fir hazard

Works fine but no plug or battery for remote
This product looked ideal for my small office as it has timer functions. I was somewhat surprised to find it does not come with a plug (I thought all appliances in the UK had to come with a plug fitted) and there was no battery in the remote control. Considering that most of the setting can only be entered by remote this was a disappointment. However, I have the unit working and it seems to do the job although it is a bit noisy.
