You get what you pay for
We bought this electric fire because it was one of the cheapest out there. It doesn't sit flush against the surround, instead it sits out by about 5 cm. The light is very yellow but I'm sure the bulb can just be changed. It's pretty loud but overall, it looks good and it works!

Disappointed
I bought this fire assuming the LED would provide a 'flame' effect. Unfortunately, when switched on it's just a yellow glow like a bulb. Always thought fires should light up red to look authentic - not brilliant but I suppose not priced for perfection!
