Shame it didn't live up to description
Bought this item a few weeks back and was really looking forward to puting this addition in our living room but sadly arrived not as described on the net as it was missing glass front over fire burner and when returned to store,, we were shocked to find the one on display has the glass protection over ther fire burner yet sadly could not swap as a store helper discovered that another package of same item also had the glass front missing and so we just had to accept a refunf

glass fronted?
after seeing the display model in store, i purchased this nice looking fire. unfortunately when i opened it at home there was no glass in the middle section - i took it back to the store and after they opened another box and found no glass they said they must have changed the design. this is a show-stopper for me as my 1 year old will just eat the small pebbles.

Decorative and Practical
This is a lovely wall mounted electric fire - practical and decorative thanks to the realistic flames effect. Good price too.
