Fan is great
I bought this product today and it has done exactly as it should and cooled my air in this hot weather, my only problem is that it didn't come with any instructions, I really don't want to return it for the sake of this but unfortunately not found online if anybody could help? The product itself though is quite simple to use and quite effective.

Excellent
Brilliant fan, keeps the room cool, I have to keep cool and the fan does the job. I would recommend one. I don’t always put the ice packs in either as the water circulation is good

Rubbish, made our room hotter!
We bought this for my little girls nursery, put in the ice packs along with chilled water, and it made her room hotter! Used just outside her door instead and it seemed to work better but no more than a standard tower fan. Very disappointing.

Purchased another
I had my pervious one for over 5 years , now need another ,I always clean the filers ,change water ,fresh ice blocks every evening. This is a great product it’s a air cooler not air conditioning unit…

Excellent air cooler
I bought this air cooler last week its perfect for these hot summer days/nights, sends a lovely cool refreshing breeze around the room, a little bit noisy but you get used to it after a while.

Where can we get filters from
Bought these fans have 3 of them but the filters in the back on two have not gone mouldy , can these be purchased to replace ?

Rubbish
had this on all day in this June 2021 heat wave filled with ice water, and to be honest has done nothing at all to clear the room, bought a £15 cheep tower fan down from bedroom and fantastic quiet and cooled the room almost immediately.

Leaky!
Filled it up, turned it on, flooded my kitchen. It is a good job we tried this out in the kitchen after filling the reservoir. The thing just has a waterfall of water pouring out of the front. Now we have to travel the 20 mile round trip to return it.
