Works well but bell push fixing loose
This system works well but the bell push doesn’t snap into the base and had to be held together with blue tac

Poor build quality
I bought this product to find the lug which secures the base plate to the door bell push with nameplate was missing or broken. I returned it to B&Q and went to find a replacement onlt to noticed a number of the same unit had been returned with a similar problem. I was foolish enough to take a replacement and made sure I was extra careful when dismantling the base plate when securing it to the wall. It broke with very little pressure being applied to it..

doesn't work after 1year
I bought this item over a year ago. It worked fine at first. Then intermittently for a few months and now doesn't work.

Rubbish product
I bought this doorbell in August 2016. The wireless (battery operated chime) required new batteries at 6 months old, thinking they should have lasted longer I didn’t do anything but replaced and thought I’d see how the second set went... they’re still going strong. However, the plug in unit has just failed (at over 12 months old). I wouldn’t buy the same door bell again, it’s not exactly the best design (changing the battery in the door push), and to be honest it looks cheap and nasty. I expected the product to last longer than 16 months!

Rubbish
Bought this doorbell set. Worked ok for couple of months but plug in unit no longer works so neither does the portable bell. If I didn’t have a dog I’d have missed many callers.

Take care when fitting the bell push
When I tried to fit the bell push, the plastic clip that holds the cover on snapped when pushing it onto the back plate. It is VERY flimsy and I had to use Blutak to hold the front onto the back. I hope this will be OK. Otherwise all is OK, so far ... (Oh, and I DID follow the instructions carefully, as I have had similar problems with other bells!)

Ring tones disappoint.
It does the job, but I was a bit disappointed with the quality of the ring tones. I was unable to try them out at B & Q (Stockton) before i bought them as the displays were not working - again!

Good wireless door chime
Easy to install and worked first time, only point to note the plastic clip in the door button to insert battery is flimsy - be careful with it
