Terrific tool.
I bought this as I needed to make some holes in my wall. Could value for money and does the trick. With it being a trusted name I'm hoping I will get good use out of this.

This product did not work when I tried to use it
Faulty product which b&q refused to refund. Brought it, tried to use it but there was no power. I then took it back and of course it worked in the shop and they would not replace or refund

Well Worth the Money
I like this drill, the handle is great, it’s good at supporting my arm so it doesn’t slip, I bought the drill bits too and it’s really worth the money
