Brittle glue bottle
I needed to make a repair to a coffee table and decided 6mm dowels were the simplest bet. So I tripped down to B&Q and got this pack. The drill, drill stop and centre points all worked fine, but when I squeezed the glue bottle my thumb went right through the side. And, yes, I had cut the top off the bottle. I ended up having to scoop the glue out manually. I could have kept the debris and claimed a refund, but I just wanted to get rid of the mess and binned it. I'd recommend buying your own glue, which makes the kit look rather overpriced.
