Noise generator with a light
Don't waste your money despite routinely changing carbon filters it does nothing to remove odours or steam while cooking. It just recirculates it into the kitchen. The light is good though.

Great
I love my cooker hood. It's sleek and shiny. With 2 lights and 3 fan settings I can see to cook, and all the steam produced is ducted outside easily.

Practical hood

New building specs invalidates this design :(
The specs that come with the bosh hob and extractor say that the hood needs to be >650mm high from the hob. New building regulations say that is got to be > 790mm. When you put it in at 790 then the lights are well above your eye line and because the are slightly proud, you end up with lights shining in your eyes when you are cooking. Also really there is no reason why it should not have LED lights in it these days.

LOOKS GOOD WORKS WELL, BUT MIND YOUR HEAD
Fitted in late feb this year. easy to keep clean and works very well. looks modern and stylish. fitted according to manufacturers instruction, just 600mm above hob. tend to hit head on corner. Disappointingly both bulbs have needed replacing already.
