Really nice well laid out product, it did start to freeze in fridge part but service engineer at Bosch sorted quickly and for x as great price ! Thank youb

Be wary of this product
We have had a Bosch Serie 4 American side by side Fridge Freezer since August 2017. The fridge is not even four years old and the thermostat failed costing us £157 for a 15 minute replecement job, I am very disappointed in this happening in an expensive fridge and expect better of Bosch products. Also skimming me for £157 - money for old rope for Bosch. I don't think I shall be buying any more Bosch products. I expected better quality and reliabilty for the cost. More fool me ....

Awful fan function
We bought this 2 yrs ago and had been ok for 18 months when first issue with faulty fan meant we didnt have a fridge for 10 days with a baby, they replaced the fan saying we have left the door open and its our fault!! I then talked to some friends that had the same style and without fail, they all experienced the same issues with fan! And now last night the fan stalled AGAIN and i had to call again as the fridge will stop working too. Its a disaster. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Ah and of course the earliest engineer visit is 3 weeks from when I called. Delightful- NOT!

Really happy with it
Glad I paid more for a quality brand. It's really well designed so food is easy to find despite it being such a big fridge. Freezer doesn't have those vents that need to be kept clear so can happily load it up without worrying about the fan getting clogged with ice like my previous model.

very poor quality
We purchased this US style fridge freezer in 2016 following generally good experiences with Bosch appliances, and needed a large family friendly fridge/freezer. However, in the 2 years we've owned it, we've experienced a catalogue of problems - all down to what feels like exceptionally poor build quality. The plastic shelving in frankly awful; all the door shelves have cracked or broken (we've already had to replace 2 at considerable costs) despite being mindful of not storing heavy bottles etc. The glass shelves in the main fridge are equally tacky in feel; the fit is poor, they move around and feel generally very unstable. The design of the flap on the top door shelf is impractical as it knocks into the door very easily when closing it. The temperature setting controls on the front of the freezer only work intermittently and literally bend when you press them; the ice tray shelf feels wobbly and is thin....the list goers on and on and paints a picture of all round shockingly poor quality - I only wish we'd paid more attention to the reviews before we purchased it as I now see there are many others that have berated the Bosch American Fridge Freezer

Wow, a lovely fridge/freezer
I purchased this two days ago, an amazing appliance, didn't require an ice making gadget, it is very aesthetic to the eye , very sexy looking fridge/freezer , the size is just perfect. Had my previous Bosch fridge/freezer for 10 years and it still looked and performed as the day it was installed which is why I decided to purchase another Bosch. Fabulous...
